IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON IV SOLUTIONS

Hurricane Helene resulted in the closure of Baxter’s Marion North Carolina based facility that produced IV solutions for the healthcare industry. This situation has severely impacted industry supply requiring Henry Schein to place rations on impacted items.

We continue to work closely with other IV solutions partners to find alternative options for customers. During this time, we recommend that customers buy responsibly as we take the following steps to preserve inventories:

• We are currently selling IV solutions products only to customers who historically purchased the product from either Henry Schein or ACE SOUTHERN from January 2024 – September 2024.
• Customers will have a specific allocation per item that can be ordered every 5 calendar days based on availability of inventory.
• Backorders will not be accepted.
