Discover a safe, controllable way to widen a thin questionable ridge to one capable of accommodating an implant up to 4.5mm without compromising cortical bone.
The slowly revolving dilators of increasing diameter gently widen the bone in a risk free procedure to the exact depth and direction of the final implant.
After each dilator is inserted, allow 30-60 seconds before removing it. This allows time for the elasticity of the bone to respond.
Laser markings provide accurate guidance for the placement of implants into the newly expanded ridge.
